Today I pray

For this day and the many blessing it holds, I give you thanks. For my work and in serving your purpose in fulfilling those things you have called me to do I also give you thanks.

I pray for courage to move forward with optimism for better tomorrows and that I may carry the lessons from my past to living fuller tomorrows. Give me the strength to work through difficult situations and the ability to recognize each situation as an opportunity for growth.

You have called me to serve you and I pray I can live up to your expectations and be worthy of the many gifts you have given to me. All of this I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen
