Today I pray

Heavenly Father. You have given me the gift of another day. May I use it to bring glory to you in all I do.

In this time may I be productive in my work, kind in my words and a reflection of your love for me to all I encounter. Allow me to find fulfillment in my labor and to become re energized in my leisure.

Give me the courage to work through difficult circumstances and the patience to wait on you and your plan for my life. For I know you are the great architect and you will reveal all to me in your time.

Allow me to hear your voice above all others and to respond with passion and commitment to all you are asking me to do. I pray all of this in your name. Amen

Today I pray

For this day and the blessing in it I give you thanks. For my work and the abilities and talents you have given me I am also thankful.

I ask for your continued blessings that I may continue to be a blessing to all of those I encounter. Give me the courage to do the right thing even when it is not the easy thing. Allow me to serve you in serving others.

Thank you for my family and my friends. Especially thank you for putting Susie in my life and for allowing our relationship to grow. In the days ahead may we grow more closely to each other as we grow in our relationship in you. All these things I pray in the risen Christ. Amen

Today I pray

To my Heavenly Father I offer this prayer. For this day and the opportunities which exist, I give you thanks. Allow me to make the most of the gifts you have given to me and lift you up in all I say and do.

Give me the courage to do the right thing even when it isn't clear it is the right thing. Walk with me in my daily journey and guide me through in the times I feel I can go no further on my own.

Bring peace and comfort to those who are dying and those who are mourning the passing of loved ones. Surround them with your love and remind them of the great joy they shared with their loved one.

Please be with Susie today as she returns home. Thank you for making her a part of my life and allow us to grow in our relationship. May the love you have given us be reflected in our relationship and may it be shown to others as a gift from you. Amen

Today I pray

Heavenly Father, Thank you for a wonderful weekend of relaxation and time with my family. Thank you also for bringing Susie here safely and giving us time together and her a chance to meet those who are most important in my life.

For this day, I pray it will be filled with your presence and that we may utilize it to glorify you. Remind us often of those we can serve and help us to seek them out and share your message of love and forgiveness. All of these things I pray in the name of Christ. Amen
