Today I pray

Heavenly Father, You have called each of us to be disciples of your love. I pray that I may live up to your plans for me. Make me accountable for my faith in my words and actions. Allow me to boldly proclaim you as my God and Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.

Help me to walk in faith and reflect your grace in my work and everyday life. Give me the courage to embrace those who are without faith and help me to have the courage to bring them to a relationship with you.

This is not a merely a request for today, but for everyday of my life. I pray all of this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Today I pray

Heavenly Father, Opportunities abound it my life. I pray you will guide me in making the choices which best honor you and your call for me. Give me the courage to do what is right even though it may not be easy.

Thank you for placing people in my life who I can rely on to support me in tough times and who love me without condition. Continue to bless them and remind me always of how much these people do for me.

Help me to stay motivated to move forward in your call for me and set aside those things which get in the way of my serving you completely. All of these things I ask in the name of the Risen Christ. Amen
